ROY W. HALL BOUND OVER

WILL HAVE TO STAND TRIAL ON CHARGE OF HORSE STEALING

Pawned Manchester Livery Rig and Went to Ohio

Roy W. Hall, the young man who has been confined in the county jail for some time, was brought before Justice Doty for the adjourned hearing. The other man who was engaged with Hall in the business of taking orders for the enlargement of pictures and who, it was thought, could give evidence in favor of Hall, if he could be found, was not located consequently Hall was bound over to the circuit court for trial and bail was fixed at $1000, in default of which he went back to jail.

Hall is the young man who got a horse and buggy from a livery stable in Manchester and pawned it at the hotel in Wayne for $7 and disappeared and was later located in Ohio, by means of letters written to his sweetheart at Chelsea. He has a very serious charge confronting him.
