George Wins Place On Team

The result of the target contest at Island Lake, this week, is that Private Henry George, of Co. I. M. N. G., will be a member of the team that will represent Michigan at Sea Girt, N. J., Sept. 8. He scored 100 points and was the fourth high man.

Mr. George is a son of Dr. Conrad George, of 347 S. Main street, and is an excellent marksman. He graduated from the high school this year and was a member of the foot ball and base ball teams while in school.
