STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF WASHTENAW, ss

    At a session of the Probate Court for said County of Washtenaw, held at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, on the 20th day of August, in the year one thousand nine hundred and three.

   Present, Willis L. Watkins, Judge of Probate.

 In the matter of the estate of Cody Burnett, deceased.

   On reading and filling the petition, duly verified, of Laviua Burnett, praying that administration of said estate may be granted to herself or some other suitable person and that appraisers and comniissioners be appointed.

   It is ordered that the 22nd day of September next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at said Probate Office be appointed for hearing said petition.

   And it is further ordered, that a copy of this order be publlshed three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said County of Washtenaw.
