STATE OF MICHIGAN. Suit pending in the Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw, in Chancery; wherein Julia M. Wing is complaint and Nelson Wing is defendant. Satisfactory proof appearing to this Court by affidavit now on file that the whereabouts of the defendant cannot be ascertained, it is hereby ordered that said defendant appear and answer the bill of complaint filed in this cause within five months after this date.
