Graupner, the independent coal dealer, got a contract Monday to deliver five carloads of his standard anthracite coal to the University. Mr. Graupner is putting up a pretty stiff fight against the local exchange of coal dealers and seems to be capturing a good many large sized orders. He started in to sell coal in smaller quantities at $7.25 and has dropped the price to $7.15 a ton.
