Guardians, Executors and Administrators

---

Who Have Held Position Five Years or More Will be Required to Make Them

---

The legislature at its last session passed an act that will cause the judge of probate and his clerk a lot of extra work. The law is entitled "an act to provide for the renewing of bonds of guardians, executors and administrators," and provides that every such guardian, executor, etc., shall file a new bond whenever required by the probate court to do so.

But the section that will give Judge Watkins the most trouble is the second which relates that "it shall be the duty of the probate court to give written notice to each guardian, executor, or administrator, who has been acting as such for five years * * * to come into court on a certain day, and give a new bond in such sum as the probate judge shall provide."

There are many cases that have been in the probate office for five years or over and it will entail a vast amount of work to go through the files - in some instances covering a period of thirty years - and notify the guardians, executors and administrators.

WHAT IS LIFE?

In the last analysis nobody knows, but we do know that it is under strict law. Abuse that law even slightly, pain results. Irregular living means derangement of the organs, resulting in Constipation, Headache or Liver trouble. Dr. King's New Life Pills quickly re-adjust this. It's gentle, yet thorough. Only 25c at A. E.
