At a session of the Probate Court for said County of Washtenaw, held at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, on the 7th day of October, in the year one thousand nine hundred and three. Present, Willis L. Watkins, Judge of probate. In the matter of the estate of George A. Boylan, deceased. On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of O. M. Martin, praying that administration of the estate of said deceased may be granted to James R. Bach or some other suitable person, and that appraisers and commissionaires of appointed. It is ordered, That the 3rd day of November next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at said Probate Office, be appointed for hearing said petition. And it is further ordered, That a copy of this order be published three successive weeks previous to said time of hearing, in the Argus-Democrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in the County of Washtenaw.
