NEWS NOTES FROM ABOUT WILLIS

Willis, Mich., Oct. 26.--Mrs. Chas. Greenman has had a cow-shed built on the farm.

Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Ruthruff and daughter spent Sunday in Tecumseh.

John D. Gould has returned from Benton, Ind.

Mrs. Gee Russell and Mrs. Geo. Bethel spent Monday afternoon with Mrs. Druce.

The cry in Willis is more phones. If they keep on they will need a building on purpose for the telephone exchange.

Geo. Thompson and family took dinner with R. F. Walters Sunday.

John O'Brien's four-day sale is now on.

Mrs. Jessie Wallace, who has had an operation, returned to Willis Sunday evening and began teaching school Monday morning.

Thomas O'brien and wife and Mrs. Freer and daughter drove over to Belleville Sunday afternoon.

James Wilson drove over to Willow Sunday afternoon.

Rev. A. T. Camburn took tea with Wm. Holland and family Sunday evening.
