The New $2.50 Choral Union Tickets

---

Should Have a Large Sale and be Taken Advantage of by Large Number

---

The new plan adopted by the Choral Union for selling tickets seems to offer an opportunity for everyone to attend the concerts this year. The ticket that sells for $2.50 admits to the first five concerts of the series and by the payment of $1 more next spring, one may enjoy all the concerts of the May Festival. This is certainly putting the concerts within the reach of all, and should have the effect of filling the University hall from the very first concert. It is also to be noticed that by paying $1 still later in the spring, one may have a reserved seat. Of course this ticket does not give one a position in the first line, but it should be remembered that the number of tickets of the highest price are limited, and that many good seats will be reserved by those who are not in any line. There is no good reason why the $2.50 ticket should not be one of the most popular features of the Choral Union concerts, and should be taken advantage of by large numbers, as an evidence to the managers of these concerts that they are reaching the demands of the public in general and not only a limited portion of the same.
