NEW PROPRIETOR AT COOK HOUSE

For the past few days there have been various rumors as to various prospective changes in hoteldom in Ann Arbor. Next Sunday there will be a change of landlords at the Arlington. There has also been a persistent rumor of a new landlord for the St. James - a Milan man, but this is denied. The other and latest report is of a change of landlords at the Cook house. This report has it that Landlord Nowlin retired from the management of the Cook house Wednesday. The new landlord is Mr. C. N. Wagner of Chicago and he is understood to be already in full charge. Mr. Wagner is said to be an experienced hotel man, and one who will keep this hostelry up to its well earned high reputation and add to the same.
