The U. of M. Hospital Guild Homeopathic, having for its object the assistance of needy patients, held its sixth annual meeting Monday. The Guild does a much needed work, patients often come with money enough as they suppose to carry them through, but falling short would be forced to leave when a few days or weeks are needed to establish a cure. Other are brought to the attention of the Guild who have no means whatever. These two classes are those whom the Hospital Guild aims to help. The money for this purpose is raised by membership in the Guild, by occasional entertainments and gifts from friends. This work of the Guild is entirely outside of that done by the Homeopathic Circle of King's Daughters, although many of the ladies belong to both organizations. They supplement each other and each does an equally useful and needed work which is much appreciated by both patients and physicians. Those wishing to aid this work of relief by becoming members or by gifts will be gladly welcomed by the Guild and by those on whom these benefits will be bestowed.
