STATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw, ss.

In the matter of the estate of John Fuchs, deceased.

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an order granted to the undersigned, administrator of the estate of said deceased, by the Hon. Judge of Probate for the County of Washtenaw, on the twenty-seventh day of October, A.D. 1903, there will be sold at public vendue, to the highest bidder, at the south front door of the Court House in the City of Ann Arbor, in the County of Washtenaw, in said State, on MONDAY, the FOURTEENTH DAY OF DECEMBER, A.D. 1903, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day (subject to all encumbrances by mortgage or otherwise existing at the time of the death of said deceased) the following described real estate, towit: All those certain pieces of parcels of land situate in the City of Ann Arbor in the County of Washtenaw and State of Michigan that is to say: Lot number ten (10) and the east half of lot number eleven (11) in William Benedick's addition to the City of Ann Arbor according to the recorded plat thereof.
