Judge Kinne handed down an opinion in the Frederick Hanselman vs. Charles Adrion case denying the petition of the plaintiff for a new trial because the six cents damages allowed were not enough. The judge says that the majority of the jury, as well as the litigants, being German they were probably enabled to understand what was said and its import better than he and he could safely leave the matter in their hands.
