DAMAGE SUIT AGAINST A. A. ROAD
----
The plea in the case of Frank Hagan vs. the Ann Arbor R. R. was filed Saturday.
Hagan claims that the railroad has taken possession of a strip of his land and is using it as part of their right of way. The railroad's defense is that whatever land it is using that belongs to Hagan it is willing to pay for and that it is protected by contracts. One thousand dollars damages are asked.
