H. C. Boyd and wife, of Sylvan, secured an injunction Friday against the Boland electric road, prohibiting the road from trespassing upon their property along the company's right of way.

The Boyds set up that they sold one and 12-100 acres of land to the electric road at $100 per acre and that after the transaction they found that additional land to the value of $500 had, without their knowledge, been included in the deed. They charge the company with inserting the description of the extra strip after they had attached their signatures. They gave an option to the company for the entire amount of the property in question, but say that Boland's agents pretended that they had decided to buy the one and 12-100 acre strip.

The company have taken possession of the second strip and the Boyds asked for an injunction to restrain them from keeping it.
