Four Town News Notes

Miss Louise Fraser, of Northfield, entertained a few of her friends at home last Thursday evening.

Messrs. John Shankland, Robert Kenney and Martin Naylor were Detroit visitors last Tuesday.

D. Stafford, of Superior was in Ann Arbor Wednesday on business.

Wm. Manly, of Superior, was an Ann Arbor visitor Wednesday.

Mr. and Mrs. George Wackenhut, of Salem, were in Ann Arbor Thursday.

Michael Carney, of Superior, left for New York city Tuesday, where he will spend several weeks visiting relatives. Dame Rumor says he will join the Benedicts while there.

The Frain Lake school will give a Christmas entertainment at their school Friday afternoon of this week.

Mrs. Ida Holmes of Whitmore Lake, is visiting her son, G. J. Greene, of Superior.

Mr. and Mrs. William Bolgos, of Salem, were Ann Arbor callers Thursday.

Frank Stafford, of Superior, went to South Lyon Wednesday.

Cards are out announcing the approaching marriage of Miss Mary Maulbach and Mr. Martin Osborn, which will take place Wednesday evening, Dec. 23, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Thompson in Salem.

Mrs. Philo Galpin, of Superior, has been visiting in Ann Arbor and Dexter.

Will Kern, who has been a Superior resident for the past nine months, returned to his home in Ann Arbor town where he will spend a few months.

H. Brinkman was an Ann Arbor business caller Thursday.

Miss Carrie Naylor spent Tuesday in Ann Arbor shopping.

Miss Nell Fohey, of Salem, is an Ann Arbor visitor for a few days.
