Winter, of Illinois, Consul at Mannbeim; George M. Pepper, of Ohio, Coniul at Milan; Augustino Iieard, of Mass achusetts, Minister to Corea. The Montana Supremo Court on the S8th renderod a decisión which makea the Republican body the legal Legislature of the State. Mrs. Saüa Axn (ïmnr.nY was found dead in her bed in the Home for the Friondless at Muskegon, Mich.,onthe BSth, having died of oíd age. Sho was 104 years old. Conrad Seipp, an extensivo brewer, died athis homo in Chicago on the 28th, of pneumonía, ag-d ?3 years. "Axjnt Kitty" CürriÉ died in Warwick, N. Y., on the '2Sth at the extraordinary age of 107 years and 3 months. She was first married when 82 years of age, and married the second time at the age of 92 years. The Republican caucus of the lowa House on the 28th nominated Silas Wilson for speaker, and the Demócrata nominated J. T. Hamilton for the same office. When the House convened the doad-lock was resumed.
