On Wednesday, Feb. 5th, a memorial service was held at tlie M. K. church in tliis city, in recognitlon of the beautifnl Christisn life and charucter of Mrs. Minerva Harkness Flint, who had for rery many years been a devoted and most faithful member of that church. Appropriate and appreciative remarks were made by her pastor, Her. Dr. Studley, by Rev. E. Steele and several others who h. ui liiii known her and been associated with lier in cburch relations. A short biographical sketch of her life was read, and a memorial paper by Mrg. Frost, while many beautiful aDd appropriate liymns were sung. Mrs. Flint had lived 1 11 mis viiy mr more than tlurty-uve years, was well known to most of the older residents and was respected and esteemed by all for her pure and uprigrht life and her consistent Christlan example. Fall, and three grandchlldren, Miss Nina Fall, Master Don and Roy Fall to raouru her loss.
