At the charter election in Chelsea Momlny thcre two tickets ID the liclil. l'eople's anti Young Meo's. The People's ticket was elected entire by nbout SO majority, as follows: President- W. J. Kmipp. Clerk- Kred Vogel. Treasurer - Theodore Wood. Assessor- Peter J. Lehman. Trustees- Qeo. J. Orowell, Wm. Relrasoli nelder, Qeorge ir. Kempf. Constable- Ea. Moore. MILAN. The Citizen's ticket seems to be a very popular c.inl in charter electiong this npring, nnri it pulled in the chestnuts at Milan as elsewhere by majorities ranging from 7 to 14, all except in one case, a trustee.
