C. Mack was In Detroit yesterday. A. L. Noble was in Detroit Monday on business. Mrs. Dr. Siudley isspending aomc days in Detroit. George Bessinger and family return to California to-dsy. Dr. Harold Wilson, of Detroit has been visiting friends in tbe city. Miss .T. Cannon, of Ypsilanti, formerly of this city, was in the city Saturday. Rev. II. Hein, the new pastor of Zion's church has moved into tbe residence No. 10 3. First st. B. F Watts, of this city, exoeoti a visit from liii nepbew Randall W. Watts, of Kngland, 8oon. Mr. and Mrs. John E. Travis, of Cooper, Kalamazoo Co., are visiting relatives in the city. H. S. Warner, and sou Herberf. of Cliatanooga, Tcnn., are in the city visiting forraer friends. Albert E. Foote, of Plint, bas been tbe guest of hls sister, Mrs. Chas. A. Muma, during tbe past week. J. T. Jacobs was called to New York last Tliursday to attend bis first meeting with the Board of Indian Commissioners. Miss Matilda Neurnann returned Thursday p. m., afterover a year's stay in Europe, where she wa3 sttulylng and visiting. Alvah L. Iloag, of Jackson, formerly witli J. J. Goodyear was in the city lust Tliursday and Friday. He is looking hale and happy. Mr. and Mrs. Prof. II. M. Slauson, of Coldwater have been in Ann Arbor during the week, the guestsof Mrf, Slauson's mother, Mrs. Conover. Mrs. Chas A. Muma leít yesterday morning to spend a couplo of weeks in Flint, her former home, and to attend a missionary meeting of the M. E. eburch. J. Q. A. Sessions will deliveran oration at Dluinondule, E iton Co., on Memorial Day, it being where bis company of the 7tb Cavalry of Custer's brigade was raised.
