Io the circuit court Monday Daniel P. Fisher was sentenced to four years at Jackson on a pica of guilty to a charge of horse stealing. George David plead guilty to burglary and was also sent up for four years at Jackson. John Qilberl, the man who took dress pattern subscriptions, etc., at Dexter plead guilty and was sentenced to Ionia for three yearp, Kdward L. Martin was sent to Jackson for three years for stealing a gold watch at Ypsilanti. Farmers, do not be f ooled ! The price of wlieat is a good one, and the indications are it wlll be better still. The McKinley bill Is the direct cause of it, (even according to democratie papers). "VVhen the provisions of thia bill get thoroughly ut woik the plices of not only wheat, but oom, oats, barley and all farra producía will be better.
