Clark, and for the transaetion of other bualnesB, will be held t Assembly hall in the city oí Jaekson. on Tuesdny, Feb. -Hh 1891, at llVclock a. m. In accordiinee with a resolution dopted a tirand Rápida Maj 10, 187S. every eouirty will be entitled to one delégate for eaeh 500 of the total vote cast íor governor at tln lust election (November, 1890) and one additional delégate for everv fractiou amounting to 800, but eacl organizeH couuty will be entitled to at kas one delégate.
