A Republican State Convention to nomínate a justice of the Sapreme ('ourt In place of John W. Champlin, and two regenta of the University in place oí Charles J. Wlllett and Arthur M. Clark, and for the transactlon of other business, will be held ;it Assembly hall, in the city of Jackson, ou Tueaday, Feb. iith, 1891, at 11 o'cloek a. m. In accordance with a resolutlon ndopted at (rand Rapids May 10, 1976. every oounty will be entidad to one delégate foreach 500 óf the total vote cast for governor at the last electlon ( November, 1SÍX) and one additional delégate for cvery fractlon amounting to 300, but eacn organized connty will be entltled to at least one delégate. In complinnce with a resolutlon adopted in Detroit June 'J:'. 1880, the secretary of each rounty convention is requested to forward to the Becretary of the Btate central committee (room 6, Butler hiock. Detroit) by the earliest mail) alter the delégate are chósen, a eertified Hst of snch delegates as are entltled to i-üts in the state couventiou from their respective counttes.
