Editor op Am Arbor Courier : - Dear Sir : In your paper of last week I noticed an article on the American Union Church in Berlin, in which the statement was made that a national assoeiation liad been organized to collect funds for building an American Unitarian church. This movement. is, as the names associated with it indícate, a unión movement of the evangelical churches to build a Christian church to whose pulpit all ministers of such churches will be welcomed and where all Americans, especially all studente who desire it, may find a religious home. Ann Arbor has contributed $120.30 to the good cause. The gift of $1,000 ñames a pe w. Mrs. Stranchan, President of the general committee, says of the proposition to offer the entire Michigan contribution for the endowment of a University pew, "Certainly it can be so appropriated. It would seem a verysnitable thingtodo." Mrs. Newberry writes : "I heartily endorse your suggestion." The enterprise is sure of success and our students will soon find a home pew awaiting tliem and a warm Christian welcome to it while pursuing post gradúate work in Berliu.
