Europe has eleven million soldiers, liundreds oí forts and warships, and the people are taxed hundreds oí millions of dollars for armamont. And yet no Juestion of rig-ht or justice has arisen in Europe the last fifty yeara which a Michigan justice of the peace could not have settled in ten minutes at a cost of threo dollars.
