If the rumors are true that this county is in debt some $50,000, owing to the failure of the Board of Supervisors to levy the taxes they should have levied last fall, this county needs that tax very much. Tax-payers will doubtless feel their pocket-books :in};le next December, in a way that will be unpleasant.
