A Masonic Event

On Wednesday evening, May 20th, tliere will bc an event in Masonry that will ondoubtedly cali together the entire membership of the order in this city and vicinity, it being an exemplincation of the work of the 3d dpgree by Oriental Lodge No. 240, of Detroit, said to be the (nest workmen in the craft in Michigan. The Detroit brothers come here to meet with Fraternity Lodge No. 2i;_! F. & A. M., wlio.se fame is not confined to this locality for good work, and the fortúnate F. C, who will be raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason, is Prof. Wm. .1. Herdrnan, of this city. A special train will bring the Vlsiting brothers from Detroit, tu the number ui at least 150. Among those expected to present will be Grand Master John . Look, of Lowell ; Deputy Grand Master W. II. Sandford, of Detroit.
