At a scssion of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw. holden at the Probate Office "in the City of Arm Arbor, on Monday, the elevcnth day of Jannary in the year one thousand eight 'hundred and ninety-two. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. „ In the matter of the estáte of Heury Douglas. deceased. , , On reading and flling the petition duly verifli'd of Levi D. Vines, praying thathe may be licensed to sell the real estáte whereof said deceased died seized. Thereupon it is ordered, that Thursday, -the twenty-flfth day of February next, at ten o'clock in the forenoou, be assigned for the hearing ot" said.petition, and t luit the heirs at law, of said óeceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are reqmred to appear at a session of said court, then to be hoiden ut the Probate Office, in the City of Anti Arbor, in said County, and show cause, if any there be.why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted.
