Ata session of the Probate Court for the Couuty of Washteuaw, holden at the Probate Office ín the City of Ann Arbor, oullonday. tht 2ith day of December, in the year one thou sand eight hundred and ninety one. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Pro bate. In the matter of the estáte of Francis Wood bridge, deceased. Alice Woodbridge, the administratrix of sak estáte, comes into court and represents, tha' she is now prepared to render her final account as such administratrix. Thereupon it is ordered, that Friday. the 22d day of January next, at ten o'clock in the fore noon, be assighed for examinlng and allowing such account, and that the heirs at law of saic deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a sessioi of said Court, then to te holcien at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, in saic County, and show cause, if any there be, whv the said account should not be allowed : And it is further ordered, that said Administratrix give notice to the persons interested in saic estáte, of the pendency of said account,' anc the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Codr ier, a newspaper printed and circulating il said County, three successive weeks previou to said day of hearing.
