In. other words eitizens will be paid ab the rate of 50 cents per bed for lodgings, and not less than '25 cents a meal for board. TUESDAY, APRIL 19. The encampment opens Tuesday, JApril lOth, at 10 o'clock, in, Rity liall. Th is meeting is for delegates only. At 2 o'clock p. m. the afterooon seesion will be held at the HaijK' place. The line oí inarcli will be as follows: The procession will form on Huron (stroct, ï-iiRiit testing on 5th ave. It will move west on Huron st. to J-th ave., north on -Ith are. to Ann gt., west on An:i to Main st., south on MaiB to WSllia.m st., east on "Williara to División st., north on División to Huron fit., east on Huron to State Bt., south on State to University hall, wlwre the parade will be disjnissed. The Ann Arbor Light Infantry wül form an escort for the parade. An afternoon eession of the delegatos wijl take place in University hall at 2.30. , At 7.30 p. in. there will be anoihr (grand campfire in Univrsity hall, open to the. public, at whieh time it is ex ipected that short speeches will be delivered by National ("ommander John Palmer, oí New York; Corporal Jas Tanner, .of Washington, D. C. , anc Col. C. P. Lincoln, of the same city, also by Col. Henry M. Dnffield, of De troit, past department eommander; Hon. Byron M. Cutcheon, of Washington; Rev. Washington Gardner, of ■Albion; Hon.
