Minutes of previous meeting read nd approved. Mr. Keeeli moved that we recommend to the covmeil that it is a necesary public improvement to at once Btabllsh .srades 011 Cott and Summit ts. Also that an appropriation be íade of .200 for gradlng said streets. Yeas - Messrs. Keech, Schuh and Iclntyre. On inotion the board adjourned.
