The Jlich. Cent. Ry are now selling tickets to Cleveland and points in Ohio, and Penn., via the Detroit and Cleveland boats. These boats leave Detroit dai ly, (except Sunday,) at 11 p. m. arriving at 5 :30 the next morning. This is the shortest, cheapest and pleasantest route to all points in Ohio and Penn. D. 1892, lew upon and take all the right. title and interest of thesaid Krank Waite Phelps in and to the followiug described real estáte that is to say: All those certain pieces or pareéis of land sitúate and being in the townsnip of Scio, County of Washtenaw, State of Michigan, to-wit: The undivided one-half of the west half of the south-west quarter of section nine, containing eighty acres of land, except one-half acre in the north-west corner and north of Dexter road, sold to Wilcox, and all that part of the east half of said south-west quaiter, which is situated on the north side of the public highway leading from Ann Arbor to Dexter, contaiuiug fifty-two and thirty-eight one hundredths acres ; also a part of the south-east quarter of said section nine, commencing at the centre of said section, thence east twentyfive chains and slx links, thence south sixteen chains and fqur links, thence west twenty-four chains and eighty-two links, thence north sixteen chains and four links to the place of beginning, excepting and reserving from said last description so much thereof as is situated on the south-east side of the highway leading frora village of Scio to the place known as the Freeman homestead, containing about fourteen acres of land more or less and about one hundred and forty-flve acres of land in all more or less. All of which I shall expose for sale at public auction or vendue to the highest bidder, at the north front door of the Court House in the city of Ann Arbor in said county and state of Michigan, on the twenty-third day of June, A D. 1892, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon Dated this llth day of May, A. The popularity of "The Great Rock Island Route" as a Colorado line - it liaving long time since taken iirst place is the people's favorite between the ILakes and the Mountains - has comIpelled the management to increase its present eplendid service by the addition of a train that is one nig-ht on the road from Chicago to Denver, Colorado Springs or Pueblo. This train ivill be known as the "Roeky Miountain Limited," and will be put in service May first. Leaves Chicago daily at 10.45 a. m., arriving ,at the above cities in the afternoon of the next day, earlier than any of dts competitors. Especial equipment has ibeen built f or this train, with the view Of it a limited in every sense of the word, and best of all, there will be . no extra charge. The route of this exceedingly fast train is by the Koek Island Short Line, and a few of the larger cities through which it passes, are Davenport, Des Moines, Lincoln, Council Bluffs, Omaha, Beatrice, tFairbury, Belleville, Phillipsburg, Colby, Smith Centre and Goodland. This makes it the most desirable route, and particularly interesting to the traveler. Another point: The popularity of our dining-car service is still on the increase, and no moñey spared to make this service wrhat our patrons always say, "the best." Our "Big 5" will continue as usual, leaviing Chicago at 10 p. m., and art-rving at Denver, Colorado Springs and Pueblo the second morning, being but one day out, and thie fast and popular train goes through Omaha.. Our No. 11 will leave as heretofore at 6 p. m., arrive at Kansas City at 9 a. m., aad will reach Denver, Colot-ado Springs and Pueblo the second morning. Our Colorado service is made perfect 'ïy thiis new "Rocky Mountain Limited" .and the "Big 5," and gives to the traveling public two flyers Öaily.
