Office of the Board of Pübhc Wobks, I AN Abbor, Mich., My 19, 1892. f Regular meeting. Board met and was called to order by Pres. Keech. Roll called. Full board present. Minutes of the previous meeting read and approved. A communication from Prof. W. W. Beman, asking for a grade along the north side of North street, in front of the property of Mrs. May asd Prof. V. W. Beman. On motion the Street Commissioner and City Engineer were ordered to make a grade on East North street, also on East Huron street and Thirteenth street, between Ann and Washington streets. Mr. Schuh moved that the President andClerkarehereby ordered to make a contract with Gottlob Schneider for the constrction of Ilill street culvert. Yeas- Messrs. Keech, Schuh and lclntyre. Mr. Keech moved that permission is ereby given to the Ann Arbor Plank Xoad company toerect a drinking founlin south of the toll gate, at the comany's expense. Yeas- Messrs. Keech, Schuh and lclntyre. Mr. Schuh moved that the culvert, Inch Mr. Maynard wislies to construct t the intersection of Catharine street ourt and División street, be referred o Mr. Mclntyre and Street Commisïoner to act vvith Street Cornmittee. John Haupt and others asked to have the board change the water course long Miller avemie. Referred to Mr. Mclntyre and Street Commissioner. On motion the Street Commissioner and City Engineer were ordered to reDort memorandum for grades on the lollowing streets: On Geddes avenue, Oxford street, Wilmot street, Madison street from tfain to Seventh street; Vine street 'rom Hurón to Liberty streets, Felch treet from Spring street to T. A. A. & N. M. R. R. The following bids were opened for wo cars of 3 inch hemlock plank: James Tolbert, $10.75 per m,; P. L. 3odmer, $11.50 per m. On motion Jas. Tolbert's bid was accepted. On motion the board adjourned.
