At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Moaday, the twentieth day of June, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-two Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Elizabeth H Wines, deceased. On reading and filing the petition. dulv verified, of Nancy W. Hadley. praying that "a eer tam instrument doiv on file in this court purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be adniitted to probate and that administration of said estáte may be granted to Nancy W. Hadley. the executrix in said will named, or to some other suitable person, Theroupon it is ordered, that Friday, the flfteenth day of July next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs-atlaw. of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to apnear at a sessiou of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, in said County, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted.
