The flew bank was arganized last Frtday eveming. At a meeting of the stockhol-dera tlie name of "State Kecurity Bank," was decided uion, and the following board of directora chosen: A. L. Noble, N. J. Kyer, Wm. Arnold, W. J. Booth, J.H. Wade, E. F. Mills, .1. V. Sheehan, David Zimmerraan. Herman Hutzel, John Heiuzmati, Eugene E. Beal, W. F. Stimsou, C. S. Millen, A. D. Seyler. John iliiarer, Johu Koch, H. J Brown. Ernest Eberbach, Geo. P Glazier, Herman Hardiughaus. J. D. Rymi At a -ïbsvquont meeting A. L. Noble was chosen president, N. J. Kyer fii-st vloe-preBident and Wm. Arnold second vice-preBident.
