lOKFICIALl COUNCIL CHAMBEB, I Ann Arbor, October 19, 1892. f Special session. President Cooley being absent the Council was called to order by City Clerk Miller. Roll called. Quorum present. Absent - Aid. Herz, Ferguson, O'Mara, Pres. Cooley - 4. Aid. Rehberg was chosen President pro-tem. The following cali for this meeting was read by the Clerk: Ann Arbor, Oot. 19, 1893. W. J. MUler, City Clerk: We, the undersigned Aldermen, request a special meeting of the Common Council for flxing the places for holding the coming election, and also to change the hour of Sidewalk Board of Review meeting. Chkistian Martin, A. II. Fillmore, D. F. SCHAIRER. The following business was sacted: By Aid. Taylor: Resolved, Thatthe general election, to be held on the eighth day of November next, be and the same is hereby appointed to be held in the several wards of the city at the following nanied places, viz: First ward at No. 5 East Liberty street. Second ward at No. 7 West Liberty street. Third ward at C. H. Manly's office, (Court Ilouse). Fourth ward at the Fourth Ward Engine house. Fifth ward at the Fifth Ward Engine house. Sixth ward at the Sixth ward Engine house. Resolved further, that the City Clerk do give notice of said election pursuant to law. Adopted. Aid. Martin moved that the hour be flxed 8:30 o'clock p. m., for to hold Sidewalk Board of Review meeting on November lst, 1892. On motion the Council adiourned. City Clerk.
