Office of the Board of Public Works, I Add Arbor, Feb. 4, 1893. ( Regular meeting. Called to order by President Keech. Rollcalled. Present- Messrs. Keech and Mclntyre. Absent - Mr. Sehuh. Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. The annual report f rom Jan . ] st to Dee. 31st, 1892, of Street Commissioner Sutherland, was received and ordered submitted to the Common Council. The street bilis forthe monthof January were then audited by the Board. On motion, the bill of Prof. J. B. Davis was referred back, asking for a statement by wliom the work was ordered. On motion the Street Commissioner was ordered to at once notify the agent of the T. A. A. & N. M. R. R. to remove all snow banks at their crossings. On motion the Board then adjourned. W. J.
