Minutes, of previous meeting read and approved. Citv Engineer Key submitted a proflle of the proposed grades of the extensión of East Huron street from Twelfth to Observatory streets, and Thirteenth street from Huron to Fuller streets. The City Engineer. and Street Commissioner were directed to submit and consult with the property owners adjacent to Huron street extensión of the proposed grade, and report and submit memoranda of the proposed grades at the next Board meeting. Full 15oard present. Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. The street bilis for the month of February were audited by the Board. On motion, the bill of Prof. J. ii. Davis was referred back, asking by whom work was ordered on Catherine street, east. The City Engineer reported and submitted proflies and memorandum of the proposed grades on E. Huron and Thirteenth streets, and that all adjacent property owners had been consulted as to the proposed grade and it was satisfactory to them. On motion, the report and memorandum of grades were accepted and submitted to the Common Council for approval. The Board then adjourned.
