Tlmt tbe mayor be autbor ized tu appoint a oommittee, of whicl he símil be chaiiman, from this counci and citizens as he may deern best, to visit Lansing to mcet with the committee of tUe senate of the state of Michigan, witb liill power to make such changos as they think best as to the proposed boundary of the city of Ami Arbor.
