Mr. Schuil moved that wa recommend and aak tbe Common Couucil to appropriate tlie suni of $500 to construct stone culveit RCross creek on Fiftta street between Liberty and V. Jefferson streets, (Second Ward), according to plans on file in tilia office. Yeas - Messrs. Keecli, Sehuli and Mclntyre. Mr. Schuil moved that the Clerk advertise ior sealed tenders, for sewer pipes for the proposed niain sewer, bids to be recelved up to and including Aug. Bth, 1893, at 7 o'clock. Yeas - Messrs. Keech, Schub and Mclntyre. The Sidewalk Inspector reportad that he had personally inspected the sidewalks whicli had Dot as yet been constructed; on the south side of Huron street, in front of the property of Mrs. Anna li. Bacli and Mis. Kllcn Godfrey, Pred Besimer, Henry Mattbews, Jman James; on Thompson street, in front of the property of Joe Williams: on W. Eluron street. in front of the property of Dr. llerdman; on the corner oí Fackard street and Fourth ave., in front of the property of Jacob WahlOn the cast side of Third street, in front of the property of Christian Eberbach, Mrs. Catherine Krause, Mis. Blizabetb Iteichenecker. Lowi Rhode, and John Pfisterer. On the west side of North División street, in front of the property of estáte of David DeForest. On the uortb side of Wilmot street, in front of the property of Moses Seabolt and Mis. Juliimett A. Wincs. or by any person on their behall', and tbat snch sidewalks ought to be built without delay. Mr. Keech moved that the report be received and flled, and the Street Commissioner is hereby ordered to take the necessary steps to build all sidewalks so reported not built to this Board. Veas- Messrs. Keech, Schuh, and Mclntyre. Mr. Keecli moved that the Clerk cause sidewalk notices served on the property owners on the north side of Summit street trom Main to Spring streets. Yeas- Messrs. Keech, Schuh and Mclntyre. The City Engineer submitted the following sidewalk grades, on the soutli side of E. Ann street from N. Fifth Ave. to División .street: ou the east side of Detroit street from Fourth Ave. to Fifth Ave., on the north side of E. Huron street, from Fifth Ave., to Devisión street, on the west side of Fifth Ave., from Huron to Washington streets. On motiou of Mr. Keech the grades were approved and reeommended to the Common Couucil for approval. On motion' the Board adjourned.
