Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. By Mr. Keech: Resolved, That the Street Commissioner ask the advice of the City Atorney in regard to the rights of the city to the alley between the Ann Arbor Gas Company and the property owned by Jolm Laugblin, and follow such advice as he may give in this matter. Yeas - Messrs. Keech and Schub. Mr. Keech moved that the Clerk cause sidewalk notices to be served on he property owners en the east and west sides of Church street, from South University avenue to Willard street. Yeas- Messrs. Minutes of previous meeting read nd approved. Mr. Schuh moved that we ask for an ppropriation of one hundred dollars, 'or the grading of Mary street, from 'ackard to Edwin street.s. Yeas- Messrs. Keech, Schuh and He Intyre. Mr. Keech moved that the plats of 'ohn F. Lawrence and Schairer & Kempf be accepted and placed on file. Yeas- Messrs. Keech, Schuh and Ac Intyre. The City Engiueer submitted the ollowing sidewalk grades: On the west side of N . State street, rom Kingsley to Fuller streets; on the ast side of N. State street, from vingsley to Fuller streets; on the east ide of Detroit street, from N. Fifth venue to Dapot street; on the south ide of Kingsley street frora Detroit to LSbley streets; on the south side of Vashtenaw Ave., from E. University yenue to Ceurch street; on the east ide of S. División street, from Jefferon to Madison streets; on the south de of AV. Iluron street, from Seventh Btreet to the Jackson road; on the north side of W Eïuron Street, from Beventh atreet to the Dexter road; on the east side of Maynurd st reet, from Liberty to William si reets; n the south side of E. Hurón street, from ingalla to TWrteenth streets; on the east side of X. Stilte street. from Aun to lluron Btreete; on the Bouth side of E. Catherine street, from Clark to Tliirteenth streets. On motion of Mr. Keecli the grades were approved and recotnmended to the Common Council forapproval. Ou motion the Board Adjourned.
