Mr. Keecli moved tbat the bids for sewer pipe be opened and inspected. Whicb inotion prevailed. The bids for sewer pipe were then opened, and were as follows: Kvans & Howard, St. Louis, Mo., 24 and 20 nch, tiO per cent discount on western list priee; 16 and ]8 incli, 65 per cent discount. Mr. Keecli moved that the Clerk cause sidewalk notices to be served on the followine property owners where new walks ire necessary: On Fourth avenue, along the est side, from Washington street to Liberty street. On F.ast Hurou street, alonfr the north side between l'ourth and Kifth avenues, in fron of the Gfxxlricli Estáte property. On Detroit utreet, along the east side, in iront of the Morg&n Kstate property. On West Hurou itreet, (long the south side from Main to Ashley streets. Yeas- Messrs.
