Turner, Auditor General of said State of Michigan, reepectfully shows that the list of lands hereinafter set forth and marked "Schednle A," contains a descriptlon of all lands in said county of Washtenaw upon wblch taxes were assessed lor the years menttoned thereln, and wbich werereturued as delinquent lor nou pay inent of taxes, and which taxes have not been paid; togetber with tbe total amount of such taxes, with Interest computed tbereon to the time tlxed for sale, and collection fee as provided by law, and the cost of advertising and other expenses of sale of each of said pareéis of land. Your petitlcner further shows to the court that said lands were returned to tbe Auditor General under the provisions of section 123 of Act 206 of the Public Acih of 1893, as delinquent lor non-payment of said taxes lor said years respectlvely , except such of the taxes set forth In said schedule as have been prevlously returned and remain unpaid ; and that said taxes were returned to the treasurer of said county by the several township treasurers and city and vlllage collectors, prior to the twelfth day of June, 1892, as delinquent. Your petitioüer further shows and avers that tbe taxes, interest, collecliou fee and eosts of advertising and other expenses of sale, and the legal fees for personal service of suhpcena in each case where such personal service is actual ly made, are a valid lien on the several pareéis of land described In said schedule. Your petltioner further shows that the said taxes on said described lands have remain ed unpaid for more than one year'from and after the date of thelr return to the county treasurer of said county of Washtenaw under the provisions of Act number two hundred of the l'ublic Acts of 1891, or under tbe provisions of the several tax laws under Wbich auy of such taxes were prevlously returned, and for more than one year prior to tbe first day oí May, 1893 ; and the said taxes not baving heen patd, and the same beiug now due and remainlng unpaid as above set forth, your petitioner prays a decree in favor of the State of Michigan BgalDüt each parcel of said lands, for the payment of tbe several amounts of taxes, interest, collection fee, cost of advertistng and other expenses of Bale, as computed and extended in said schedule. against the several pareéis of land contained tberein, and in addition thereto for the amount of legal fees for personal service of subpoana in each case where such service is actually made for taxes of BUOh years prior to 1811 as are included herein and upon which such fees accrued in accordance with law ; and in default of payment of the said several sums computed and extended against said lands, that each of said pareéis of land may be sold for tbe amount due thereon, as provided by law, to pay tbe lien as aforesatd.
