Travis returned Satnrday from a four week's visit up north and out west. Frank Vandawarker went to Chicago Saturday to see the Fair. George Bailey accompanied him. Mrs. (i. S. Pickett and daughter Lottie, who have been at Bay View for a time, have returned home. Mr. and Mrs. Xathan F.ldridge of Johnsburg, Warren Co., N. Y., are visiting Chas. Spoor and fainily. Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Heil are being visited by their daughter and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Parker, of Wichita, Kan. Mr. and Mrs. Ottinar Eberbacli and daughters, Ottlie and Emelie, left yesterday for a ten day's stay at the Fair. Rev. H. Tatlock and fainily returned home Friday, from "Sconset," Mass., wliere they spent a delightful summer. Miss Mina M. Davison is expected home from Toledo, O., to-day, where she bas been visiting for the pasttwo weeks. Mrs. W. G. Doty, accompanied by Judge and Mrs. Goddard, are visiting around Manchester, etc.. for the week. Miss Alta Miller returned to Chicago Monday, accompanied by Miss Grace Haven, of wliom she had been the guest. E. C. Roliinson, formerly of Saline, a brother of Oscar L. Robinsou, of Hill st., lias removed to this city, residing on Geddes ave. Rev. C. Boecklin returned from the Germán M. E. conference at Allegheny City last Monday, and will be stationed here another year. Miss Etnma Bower of the Democrat has gone to Grand Kapids to attend the state camp L. O.T. M's in session there thiï week.
