A communication from Daniel Forbes was read and placed on file. On motion of Mr. Keech, Mr. Schuh and tlie City Engineer were directed to inake a test of the Uuckeye Portland cement, and if not satisfactory to report to this Board. Street Commissioner reported several propertv owners on Detroit street building sidewalks contrary to tlie sidewalk ordinance of this city. The matter was referred to City Attorney and Street Commissiouer. On motion the Board adiourned.
