Vuur petiticner further shows to the oonrt that said landa were returned to llie Auditor Ueneral muler the provlslons of section 138 i Act 2(16 of the Public Act ot 1893, as delinquen t lor mm-payment of said taxes tor sald years respectlvely,except BUOb oí the taxes set forth in said ischedule as have been prevtously returnetl and reinain uupaid; and that sakl taxes were returned to the treasurer of said county by the several township treasurera and city aud vlllaee collectors, prior to the twelfth day of June, 1892, as delinquent. Yüiir petitio ver further shows and avers that the taxes, Interest, collection fee and costs of advertising and other expenses of sale, and the legal fees for perbonal service of suhpcena in each case where sucli personal service is actually made, are a valid lien on the several pareéis of land described in sald schedule. Your petitioner further shows that the said taxes on said described lunds have remained unpaid for more than one year from aud after the date of their return to the county treasurer of said county of Wnshtenaw under the provislons of Act numljer two hundred of the Public Acts of 1S91, or under the provisions of the several tax laws under which any of such taxes were prevlously returned, and for more toan one year prior to the flrst day ot May, 1898; and thesaitl taxes not having beeu pald, and the same being now due and remaining unpaid as above set forth, your petitioner prays a decree in favor of the State of Michigan agalnot eaoa parcel of said lands, for the payment ot' the several aiuounts of taxes, interest, collection fee, cost of advertising and other expenses of sale, as coinputed and extended in said schedule. ngainst the several pan-els of land contained therein, and in additlon thereto for the amount of legal fees for personal service of subpoena in each case where such service ia actually made for taxes of such years prior to 1891 as are included herein and upon whieh such fees accrued in accordance with law ; and in default of payment of the said several sums computed and extended against said lands, that each of said pareéis of land luay hesold for tbc a uius due thereon, as provided by law, to pay the lien as aloresaid.
