At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw. holden at the Probate Office in the City of Auü Arbor, on Thursdav, the fourth day of January in the year one thousuud eight hundred und ninety-four. Present, J. Wlllard Bubbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of James G. Kfiymond, deceased. On reading and filiug the petition. duly verified, of Nancy June Kaymond, pruying that a certain instrument on lile in thia court, purportiag to be the last will and testament of said deceased, mny be admitted to probate and that administration with the will annexed of of said estáte imiy Ije granted to Morton Ij. Raymond. the executor in said will named, luwing refused to accept the trust, or to some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Mondny, the flfth day of February next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that ihe duvisees, legatees, and heirs at law of said deceased, and all ather persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, in said County, and show cause, if any thure be,why the prayer of the petitione'r should not be grauted. And it is further ordered, that said petitioncr give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said petition. and the hearing thereof. by cansing a eopy of thls order to be published in the Aun Arbor Courier, anewspaperprinted and circulating in said County, three successive weeks jirevious to said dav of hearing.
