On Monday even'ng last, Franklin i L. Parker, (lied at liis residence on E. Ann st.. after a somewhat j cil il'.ness. Mr. Parker u-as bom Mar. 19, 1820 at Berry, X. Y., and conkequntly was nearly 7-1 years of age. He was an alumnus of the U. oí M., having graduated in 1S4-7. being one oi' the first vo reoeive a sheepskln froni the now (amous Lnstitutlon. 'Ihe, deceased leaves o wife and four I ch'lilrcn, Mrs. Dr. Huber, Frank, Kdv:] and John Parker, all reskling in the city. Mr. Parker was a laivyer by pnon, bilt liad large interesta in real estáte., not only in Ann Arbor, but all over the state. He was a good citizeii and strictly honorable m.-.n.
