Mr. Keech moved that the bil] of Dett & Philips of $16 for staking Heinzeman & Laubengnyer's wel] be ■ approved and recomiiiended to the Cominon Council forita allowance. Yeas- Messrs. Keeeh, Schuh, and Mclntyre. The ("lei k repovted that he liad n ■ eeived $7.56 on account of dam age to sewer pipe frora the T. A. A. & N. M. railroad. On motion the Board ad jou rned. W. 3. The Bewer labor bilis from Januai y 2it to and inciuding Febrnary 10 were read and approved, and submitted to the Cüinmou Council for payment of the same. Mr. Keech moved that the bilis of ■lolm J. Robison, of $100. and Mrs. Emma B. Rieketts, of $25, for right of way of the main sewer over their property, be approved and submitted tothe (!ommon Council for their allowance and payment of the same. Yeas- Messrs. Keech, Schuh and Mclntyre. The claim for damages in the matter of the peütion of Mrs. Ann J. Walker for injiiry by falling on sidewalk on Geddes avenue was, on motion of Mr. Mclntyre. referred to Mr. Keech and the City Attorney for report. On inotimi the Board adjourned.
