It seems that some thought ahould be given to the lnatter in all thO schools and that there should be a clear understandhig among teachers and pupila as to 111 linmediate exit In soane practiced, orderly way in case of alarm. Perhapa thia is the case but we have no personal koowledge of the fa;-. excepi ia 4th ward.
